---where you can learn the power of writing meditation as a healing force and growth engine.


Over the course of 30 days, I'll teach you how to build a daily writing meditation practice. You don’t have to be a writer to benefit from this practice. You just have to be willing to pick up a fast pen and let yourself go on the page for at least 10 minutes per day. The beauty of this practice is not necessarily in the writing you produce, but the discoveries and healing you’ll find along the way.

Once you sign up, you'll receive a handbook that will instruct you in the basics of writing meditation practice. Then you'll start receiving daily writing prompts on the first day of the following month. You'll also receive weekly lessons and encouragement on writing practice throughout the month.


While any spiral notebook will do, you can also purchase the tailored journal I designed to support my writing meditation practice. I recommend having a dedicated journal for your practice.


Much like sitting meditation and yoga, the daily practice of writing can bring deep and lasting benefits. I can't wait to share with you what I've learned about this way of meditating and growing.
